Transcript fees are legislated by the Administration of Justice Act, Ontario Regulation 145/22. Based on 30 minutes of recording time a transcript might be approximately 20 pages, plus HST. Courier charges may apply. Click here to view the fee chart.

Yes. Upon request an estimate is available.

Yes. Based on the estimated number of pages a deposit is required. Estimates are based on digital timestamps. The actual pages are determined upon transcribing.

Upon invoicing, payment can be made by banking e-transfer or by credit card.

In the event that you’d like to cancel your order, please contact LRTS right away via e-mail. All work will stop immediately and you will be charged only for the work done to date and refunded the difference.

Your completed hard copy transcript will be couriered by Purolator. Courier fees to be determined by delivery address and package weight.
